Megan brought years of experience owning and operating a successful recruitment firm, placing top-tier talent in luxury hotels and resorts across the country. Her expertise in identifying high-performing individuals and aligning them with elite hospitality brands gave her a deep understanding of the power of people in shaping guest experience and business success.

Chris, on the other hand, built and led a performance development agency focused on the gaming industry. His work helped companies uncover their purpose and use it as a lever to drive culture, leadership, and bottom-line results—particularly within tribal enterprises.

When Megan and Chris crossed paths, they recognized a critical gap: organizations in the gaming and tribal industries were investing heavily in operations and infrastructure, but often overlooked the crucial link between the talent they brought in and the performance they expected. Recruitment and company culture were being treated as separate efforts—when in reality, they had to move together.

And so, Native First was created.
