Hospitality Manager

NE Oklahoma, 55–65K

  • The Hospitality Manager is a key strategic leader responsible for overseeing the day-to-day performance of the hotels Front Desk, Housekeeping, Reservations, and Marina. This role ensures seamless guest experiences, operational excellence, and alignment with the service culture and brand standards of the property.

    Qualifications: At least 3 years directly related experience in a managerial role, work approximately 40 hours per week, flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays. Must have excellent organizational, supervisory, customer service skills. 

Cash Services Manager

Oklahoma, 45–55K

  • The Cash Services Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and executing strategies and policies related to Cash Operations at the Casino. This role ensures effective department performance while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and fostering a high-performance work environment.

    Qualifications: High school diploma or GED, 5+ years of supervisory experience in cash handling, strong leadership and multitasking skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Controller

Oklahoma, 85–110K

  • The Financial Controller oversees all Casino Accounting operations, supervising Revenue, Audit, and Accounting departments. Key responsibilities include managing audits for Slots, Tables, and F&B, preparing financial reports, and leading the month-end close process.  

    Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, 6+ Years of Accounting experience within a Casino, CPA or MBA Preferred

Security Manager

Oklahoma, 75–90K

  • We are seeking an experienced and motivated Security Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of the Security Department. This role is responsible for coordinating security operations, managing personnel, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a background in law enforcement or security operations, and a passion for delivering outstanding service.

    Qualifications: Experience in law enforcement, military, or casino security preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills. Budget management experience, knowledge of relevant regulations, and a valid driver’s license required.

Chief Financial Officer

Washington, 250–350K + Bonus

  • The Chief Financial Officer oversees all financial operations to support the Casino's strategic goals, ensuring compliance with Tribal-State agreements and internal controls. Manages cash flow, financial systems, and contracts while leading the Finance and Cage departments. Acts as a strategic advisor, providing data-driven insights to the Board of Directors to guide decision-making.

    Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, CPA certification, 10+ years of professional accounting experience (5+ in casino finance), and strong leadership and financial management skills.

Sr Table Games Manager

Oklahoma, 80–90K

  • This role is responsible for the full operational oversight of table games, ensuring an exceptional guest experience while driving profitability and departmental success. As the Table Games Manager, you will bring strong leadership, innovative strategy, and a passion for customer service. You’ll mentor and motivate staff, enhance internal operations, and implement programs that boost revenue and guest loyalty.

    Qualifications: High school diploma or GED, prior experience in slot operations, cash handling experience preferred, tribal gaming license and valid state-issued ID, and must pass a pre-employment drug screening.

Casino Operations Manager

As the Casino Operations Manager, you will bring strong leadership, innovative strategy, and a passion for customer service. Resort Manager

Washington, 80–90K

  • The Resort Manager is a key strategic leader responsible for overseeing the day-to-day performance of the hotels Front Desk, Housekeeping, Reservations, and Marina. This role ensures seamless guest experiences, operational excellence, and alignment with the service culture and brand standards of the property.

    Qualifications: 5+ years of hospitality management, strong accounting background, proficient computer skills, valid WA driver’s license, excellent communication and conflict resolution skills, ability to work long hours, including weekends and holidays, and adapt to fast-paced, tribal business environments.

Accounting Director

Washington, 85–100K + Remote option available with travel 2-3 times/month

  • The Accounting Director provides strategic leadership and oversight of all financial operations for the Tribe and all its enterprises and entities. This role ensures compliance with financial regulations, maintains accurate reporting, supervises accounting staff, manages contracts and budgets, and safeguards Tribal assets through strong internal controls.

    Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance, 5+ years in accounting management (preferably in Tribal or governmental settings), proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office, and experience with complex audits and federal grant compliance.
